I think the biggest surprise was how much wider 78 deg is vs 60 deg and I find that I have to be much more aware of my backgrounds or use the digital zoom to frame myself better, especially since my monitors are pushed back a bit from where I sit 78 deg actually seems narrow compared to some other offerings, so I cant really complain about that. Ive gotten some surprised compliments at how clear my voice is coming through a camera without having any issues with audio feedback. I like the integrated privacy shutter and obvious camera on indicator. Technologywise, this is about a 56 year jump from what I had and very capable, but not the latest, greatest, which keeps the price down. My last web cam C310, 720p was over 10 years old and I was looking to upgrade to something more capable with better image quality and sound without spending too much money.
